It takes a very special type of person to rush into a burning building when most people are running out.
We will always remember the "Heroes in Hard Hats" from that eventful day.
May they all be protected in their final resting place, as they have watched over and protected us all.

To loose a man-in-action is a disaster. To loss more is devastating.

To our Brothers in Arms and their families on the other side of the world, you have our deepest sympathies.
We mourn your losses as if they were our own.

    We will never forget.

Being a Fireman is a special calling. It must be a calling from God himself. How many men will volunteer to scramle into an inferno to save a kitten,a puppy,a child,a family. All of equal value to him. The Hero,The Fireman. Think of it, He saves the body that contains the soul. These are the bravest humon beings I have ever met. God Bless NYFD and NYPD.
